I have filled out the online enquiry form 4 times. I have also gone into your canal walk store and no one could help me. I also spent 40 mins (at my expense) on the phone with your call centre and no one was able to help.
The only response I received (after my 3rd online enquiry) was a single text message from Cell C (on 5 February at 9am) telling me that i needed to phone them if the problem persists. This is unacceptable. I do not have a Cell C simcard so I will not waste more airtime calling the call centre, to not be helped.
I have done everything I can possibly do from my side. Someone at CELL C needs to address this please.

i have a mac with OS 10.7.5.
i also have a ZTE MF190 Cell C speedstick.
I have been on your website and downloaded ALL drivers & firmware (updated them on the speedstick) and installed the desktop software
the speedstick works perfectly on a pc BUT NOT ON MY MAC.
I NEED SOMEONE TO PLEASE SEND ME AN UP-TO-DATE MAC DRIVER THAT WORKS ON OS 10.7.5
I am paying for 2gb of internet every month and am unable to use it because your drivers are out of date.
Please email me a new driver or replace my speedstick with one that will work on mac OS 10.7.5
