Shameful Service, Ridiculous call centre

For two weeks now, I've been struggling with web africa. 3 weeks ago, I noticed my speed getting slower and slower. I called two weeks ago to complain. The muffled voices on the other end kept telling me they will reset my line. I never worked. The start of this week, I chowed about R500 on calling their service centre, because their phone system kept hanging up on me (the call rep admitted this and that their system is faulty) Now, I have no internet. NADA. no connection. Yesterday and the day before, again on the phone, walking through my router set up. Yesterday, one of the muffled voices tells me its my router and I need a new one. So I jump in my car and exchange the one I had for a new one at Makro (an hour wait to do this), come back. Nothing has changed. Still now I sit with no internet. They said its Telkom's fault now and I have to wait for a phone call from them (I did log a complaint with Telkom 2 days ago thru WA. It has been 48 hours later, no call. I run a business from my home, and this is killing it!!! Wow, this is the year 2013! Sort your S$%& out!!! If its not on by today, i'm leaving and going to MWEB..
