After having our ADSL line fitted yesterday, we decided to setup the router. When it came to entering our login detail we found that it wasn't provided. We found a number on the router (10210) for ADSL support.
On this "label" it stated operation hours between 06h00 and 21h00. We called them 100 times and it kept on telling us that we need to call back during office hours. We finally found a number for Telkom Business and attempted it... We got through, the call centre agent took our detail and was about to provide us with our login detail and suddenly!!! She said the system is down!!! Still no login details!!!
