I would like to address vodacom for breach of contract. I had several vodacom contracts from cellphone to data contracts. I am paying every months with no arrears from 1996 no late payments or them contacting me for payment. In November 2012 we start experiencing problems with connect-ability. Now it is non existing. I cannot even connect with my new data package to a google webpage let alone setting up my new apple. I have complain to the call centre who was s helpful as a person in a call centre can be. They cannot do a thing but report. We'll Vodacom I am paying per contract for a service that is not being delivered. Saturday 9//3/2013 is d-day for our contract. If I receive contractually outstanding service from you, I'll keep my part and pay! If not you will have all my devices on your desk and you will cancel your non existing service contract with immediate effect. I am fed up paying for services we do not get.
