I have had a DSL 2G service for more than one year now. Although the service was good to begin with I noticed massive fluctuations in speed. After several enquiries it was repaired. This has happened several times since, and most recently (for the last 2 months). Each time I follow the procedures for logging a fault and I am assured via email that the problem has been fixed, yet the same problem persists. Apparently the problem with the exchange which for me is Rosebank. I would like to know why Telkom expects customers to pay for such a shoddy service? Why, if the exchange is overloaded, can they not fix this. I am requesting an honest answer or explanation or I will cancel my contract.
