Overcharge and incorrect package (3 months)

I have logged many complaints before since January 21st! Phone installed on 21 January and finally working last week after many escalations and call logs.

Telkom still has not got right the following:
1. My package is R399 per month as advertised. They are charging me R530 per month and this was clarified from the date of installation when the call centre guy didnt get it right right up to today when I spoke to someone in accounts. They cant help and I have to log another call with new services!
2. To date I have not received an emailed account despite me giving them the details on installation day, with each fault log and on their website. I keep having to call the call centre, get a reference number only to find nothing is done to update this simple thing. So I am uncertain of exactly what makes up my exorbitant bill.
3. They need to reverse my account for the days the line didnt work..over 13 days worth but that cant be done until point 1 attended to and then I have to start this fault log all over again.

In the time each confused section takes to hopefully attend to their bit, my line could very possible be cut as my bill is unpaid. I wont pay the incorrect bill either.
