OUT OF BOX FAILURE

On saturday 2 march 2013

i went to open a contract for a iphone 5 16gb, i filled in all the documentation they then opened the box and switched the phone on, i was happy at the time and said switch the phone off and put it in the box because i will attend to it when i get home. when i got home i tried to switch the fone on and it did not want to go on, i tried more than once i took it back the same day and they booked it in for obf. on monday i received a call from the store saying the unit got collected and they will provide feedback, that is nonsense because i had to keep on phoning them for feedback, i phoned today (06 march 2013) to find an answer and there was no answer, i then asked for my OBF No. and IMEI No. and phoned cell c head office myself and they told me the unit hasnt left the store yet, which is really pathetic. i have been sitting without a fone for 4 days now
