I hope it is clear to you that I am getting a raw deal here.
I must apparently be very thankful that you are not charging me early termination fees for a contract I never wanted, a phone number I couldn't use.
If you applied for a contract, and the number just never came through. How would you go about it.
There is a level of trust that one places in a supplier, I promise to pay and you promise me a service. And now two years later I am (189x20=R3780) R3780-R2000 (cost of phone)=R1780 in the red.
It seems that from the beginning I have been getting the run-around and that all the mails and time I have wasted just proves that the faith I placed in MTN as a company was misplaced.
I thanks you for the life lesson and will be escalating the matter.
I see one thing is very clear, that no-one in this company has had the decency to contact me and make amends. It is obvious that you believe that one customer doesn't make a difference.
I know one customer does. I hope the same things happen to you.
