Monday 4th March 2013 I logged a query via My Account website regarding content charges being charged to my account, which I never asked for, I received a confirmation e/mail with ref M13030445 that the problem is receiving attention.
Today is Wednesday approx. 72 hours has gone by and Istill dont know what is happening. Autopage is quick to deduct their money @ monthend but when u as the customer has a query, they drag it out and hope I GO AWAY.this is not going to happen.
