CONTRACT PROBLEM

AT THE END OF JULY 2013 I NOTICED MY ACCOUNT INCREASING AND CONTACTED AUTOPAGE TO QUERY THE ACCOUNT, I WAS TOLD THAT AT THE TIME THEY WOULD LOOK INTO IT AND CONTACT ME BACK, THAT DID NOT HAPPEN AUGUST 2013 I CONTACTED THEM AGAIN WHEN I NOTICED MY ACCOUNT INCREASING AGAIN IN THE HOPE THAT IT COULD BE RESOLVED AT AN EARLY STAGE AND AGAIN WAS TOLD THAT THEY COULD ONLY SEE THAT IS WAS FOR CONTENT THAT THE ACCOUNT IS INCREASING AND I ASKED THEM IF THEIR COULD BE ANY SUBSCRIBTIONS ON 0748987620 NUMER AND WAS TOLD THAT THEY COULD NOT SEE ANYTHING AND DOES NOT KNOW WHAT IS INCREASING THE ACCOUNT BUT THAT THEY WOULD GET BACK TO ME WHICH NEVER HAPPEND, I SEND AN EMAIL WITH ALSO NO RESPONDS, I WAS PHONED BY AUTOPAGE BECAUSE I REVERSED THE PAYMENT AND AGAIN COMPLAINED TO THE PERSON PHONING AND WAS PUT THROUGH TO SUPPORT SERVICE AND HOLD THE LINE FOR - 20 MIN WITH NO RESPONS, THE ACCOUNT WAS SUSPENDED AND NOTICED THAT THE ACCOUNT IS STILL INCREASING PLEASE HELP ME RECTRIFY THE ACCOUNT BECAUSE THE SIMCARD COULD NOT HAVE BEEN USED BECAUSE I HAVE DESTROYED IT, THANK YOU.
