I ordered and paid for an Iphone 4s last week Monday. Payment and Shipment to Cape Town was confirm. I was supposed to receive the package Wednesday morning but, I was inform by the sale consultant that there was a packaging error. They send 6 units of Iphones instead of 1 unit..So their delivery agents (FedEx) were told to withhold the package apparently till I pay for the extra units on a discount price. I don't even know how this is my problem, all i want is what I paid for, which i'm entitle to. I don't see how I have to clean up your mess... You've got the power to withhold the package, but i'm told you can't recall the package. Either you guys sort this out because, it's been a week now or I would like my refund. The sales consultant that assisted me, is going in circles and very unprofessional... Mind you this is a cash purchase...
