I know its my fault for paying my bill late, BUT I HAVE NEVER NOT PAID IT!!! I have atleast attempted to make part payments, I havent left it completely. Your accounts department is!!! It is so easy for you to disconnect phones that are just overdue, clearly you don't have enough work on your hands.
I also got an sms to say my debit order was rejected, well its news to me - cause ive never had a debit order for these cell phone numbers, so get your facts right.
