Date/internet issue unresolved and pending

I have been in contact with 8ta since march 2013 regarding the fact that the internet signal had deteriorated at my flat, I made sure I excluded all the variables that could have caused this and predicting the questions I would be asked i.e have I moved, time of usage, modem etc, I spoke with a customer agent (081 183) whose name I have at my office (writing from home) explained the issue to her and she promised that I would get a response within 72hrs, this never happened, several frustrating calls later, spoke with rida davids (team leader at data dept), I had a techie visit my premises, confirmed poor signal in my area (cape town tamboerskloof) and said he send a reply to the network dept. and I should hear from them within 72hrs, never happened, again several calls later including to tyrone naidoo (team leader), and upon all my requests to speak with the team manager tego fatso, were declined for several reasons, most common being that he is in a meeting. The last person I spoke with was rida davids (again) whom I asked to have me refunded ASAP, said he would email me confirmation of the refund request (not done) and mentioned "its a lengthy process".
