I was offered a contract in 2011 by cell where I was told there wont be a connection fee. In July I made a call 21 the call centre inquiring why 1 of my lines was disconnected. I was told that I was in arrears because I was suppose to pay *2 in the 1st mnth (June & July). I made an arrangement to pay R450 in July & Aug as I wasn't given that info. I was also told that I could cancel my contract in 21mnths and I wouldn't have 2 pay 4 the 3mnths.
In Feb 2013 I call 2 inq how to cancel & they told me I couldn't till 24mnths. I explained the info I was given 2yrs earlier, & req they listen 2 call & come back 2 me. I haven't received an answer till 2day. 2day I called & I was my inq was closed. Also I was told my contract end June which is the 25th mnth & I didn't get an answer the agent kept placing me on hold.
