Illegal deductions from my account

I tried to sign up for a laptop deal on 20th of Dec2012 (I still had to give them my salary slip to conclude)
, they didn't have stock of the modems that went with the laptop, but they assured me that it will arrive within a day or two. Christmas came and gone and eventually I told them not to bother (after calling Chester at least 4 times to follow up)
On 15 Jan 2013 I checked with Chester and he confirmed that the deal was cancelled (already in December)
However Autopage started deductions from my account on the deal that was apparently cancelled!!!
, on items that i NEVER EVEN RECEIVED!!!
Good luck for me trying to stop/reverse the deductions, all i got was a threat that i will be blacklisted!!!
Tomorrow is the third month of the new year, still no promised refunds. Chester's reply is that he emailed the provider and haven't heard back from them, while they are happily deducting from my account.!!!
I have 3 contracts at Autopage and are NOT motivated renew them. Their customer service is below anything i have experienced (including Tshwane, Telkom etc...!!!).
