Requested for number to be ported to MTN on 13 October 2011. I paid an early termination fee of R208.25. The number was ported, but Vodacom allocated a prepaid number to my account and continued to deduct R152-00 from my bank account. The first and only invoice I received was in December 2012, showing the prepaid number 0715906887 and account number I0275398-6. I phoned the call centre on 3 December 2012 and was told that a pseudo number was allocated to the account and that they would contact me to confirm how much will be refunded. On 3 January 2013 I noticed that a deduction was made again, and I went to the service centre in Menlyn (attended to by Louis). He was going email me, as he referred the case to his manager. Until today I have not received any correspondence, although the deduction appears to have been stopped. People, you own me about R2 000-00. WHEN AM I GOING TO RECEIVE A REFUND? I do not suppose I will receive interest on my money that you deducted from my account without my permission, in other words the money that you from me!!!
