Cancellation of contract

I wish to convert my contract number to a prepaid number, and are being given n settlement amount which include services I do not have on my account. Settlement quoted for 4 months is R1108.59, for which is Subs R144.5 x 4, outstanding calls and then the balance is for GPRS bundles not active on my account. I have been logging calls and speaking from customer care, cancellations to credit control to have it sorted, being told IT is resolving the issue to person dealing with request resigned and they will assign someone to resolve, to being put on hold for 10 min and then call terminated twice in a row. BAD BAD SERVICE. Autopage will not see me as a customer again, nor purely because of bad customer service and agent attitude for effectively dealing with an request after numerous calls. I will not pay for bad service with good money and will as soon as possible transfer to another.
