No one will give me an answe

I wanted to cancel my contract, I was given a settlement amount which I was told to pay and fax to the head office. I have faxed the documents 3 times already.
despite several calls to the cancellations department and speaking to a man named Rudi, who keeps promising to call back and never does.
As per CPA I am entitled to pay the settlement and cancel the contract. I have a legal document from Autopage saying that I can.
They must contact me and let me know when will my contract be deactivated or I will be forced to seek legal help.
