I requested my contract settlement amount from an Autopage store, which i duly paid and faxed all the relevant documentation through to the Cancellations Department on the 31st December.
The documents included the Settlement Quote, a copy of my ID, Proof of Payment as well as a letter stating that i would like the number converted to pre-paid.
My number was disconnected on Friday afternoon and I have now been sitting for 5 days now without my cellphone number due to someones inability to convert my number from contract to pre-paid.
This has been requested on numerous occasions from the customer services department, cancellations who keep giving me controdictary responses.
The only "standard" response i seem to get is "this will take 2 - 24 hours"
Please can i ask that someone please reactivate my number on pre-paid urgently?
