Normally I only have complaints about Vodacom, but today one of their clerks helped me out with nothing short of brillaince interms of service, I have never been attended to so efficiently, quickly and with such a friendly demeanour, if Vodacom had more employees like this they would become one of the most loved companies to deal with in the country.
As far as I am concerned this staff member of yours should be watched because he can definitely go places, given the chance by yourselves...
Please mention to him how epic his service was so he is aware that he is appreicated!
