To whom it may concern

After a few weeks of absolute useless service from MWEB I got hold of Faizel Adams and I have to congratulate him on OUTSTANDING SERVICE.

MWEB as a whole should learn from Faizel on service and customer retention, if it weren't for him I would have left MWEB a long time ago.

From great manners, great service, outstanding knowledge and always delivering a promise. I have to give him all the credit required.

I hope MWEB learn from him and give him the credit deserved.
