Telkom shocking customer care

After about 3 months of complaining about my bill, my line was disconnected. I called at the time and had it immediately reconnected, which was great, but then I got billed for the reconnection. Edward ensured me that the accounts people would contact me. So far - nothing.

This is disgusting service.
