About three weeks ago TELKOM disconnected our ADSL line without any instructions from myself or my wife, since then it's been a 3 week battle to try and get the line reconnected.
Every time I phone them it seems I speak to every other person other than someone that can help me. I now need help to get this sorted as this is an issue created by Telkom and they now need to fix this as soon as possible.
So if someone from Telkom can please call me back and please make sure you will be able to help me.
