Change of telephone lines

My telephone numbers was given to a Mr S.Govender. Telkom has accepted an old outdated letterhead from my ex-patner to change over my business lines to her nephew who has subsequently opened a similar dental practice 3 shops away from me. I have requested telkom to return my numbers as what was done was not correct since the account was on my name and I didnt instruct them for any change.
Somehow, Mr Sunil feels that they will not accept my argument but due their actions, this is costing me greatly.
I believe that telkom has acted wrongly by accepting a letter not signed by me and more over transferring my number to a totally different person.
Such action has disrupted my business and is causing me and my patients serious problems.
