Hi there. I am currently out of the country, however I have asked admin to not sent my outstanding balance information via sms to my cell number (this cell number is suspended and will within few days be no longer in use), please rather sent this kind of information to Consumer Assist from who you receive monthly payments from as you are well aware that I am under debt review and that according to law you are not permitted to keep on harassing me over this account, whether it is telephonically or via sms. Your job right now is to deal directly with the institute where I am under admin, sent them the balances as they conduct payments each month. I don't know how many times I have to explain this to African Bank as this is not really Rocket Science to understand at all, neither is this Algebra or explained in some encrypt semi-understandable message. This is English, a National Language, now if someone there has trouble understanding this, either fire them or give them a disciplinary warning, surely there are some skills employees must have and one of them are definitely being able to write and speak English fluently.
