I have 2 contracts with Cell C for the past few years now. NEVER have I received a statement without me having to call into the call centre and request 1... Well once again I had to call into the call centre for it but today was my lucky day, the call centre rep told me the reason I'm not getting one is because it's not free... Really Cell C, giving a customer an invoice cost the customer money?? REALLY?? R21.50 for a monthly invoice is a joke, I need to wait for my debit order to go through before I actually know how much is due, but does that make sense though.
Then I had a lovely pleasure of speaking to a Miss Snenhlanhla who knew nothing about whole invoice scandal...
Cell C has let me down in the past but this takes the cake.
