Disgusting new contract. treat customer like trash

I called for a new contract a week later i called to follow up and to find out you did not capture it on the system
i then ask for a new contract again. the guy calls me and tell me over the flipping phone that it has been approved.
i call today to say it is another 7 days and possibly 2 extra days.

if i do not have my new router by wednesday, consider this contract cancelled and i will be going to facebook, carte blanche, twiiter and every other known blog
