I phoned Vodacom around the middle of January and advised that i wanted to change the debit order details on my account, they told me i had to send through a letter and it would be done. I sent through the letter and at the end of January it still came off the incorrect account. When i phoned again they said that the details hadnt been changed and i again faxed through the letter. I have tried to do numerous EFT payments, which do not go through because it doesnt accept the reference number i have been told to use, i sent the payment to be done at the branch and still it cant be accepted due to the reference. Today the phones have been cut and when i try go through to the accounts department it says due to an unforseen area the call cant go through. I am at a loss now and extremely frustrated
