Handed me over for an account I don't even have??!

I just received a message from Norman Bisset and Associates that my account has been handed over for collection. Are you people crazy? WHAT ACCOUNT???!!! I don't even HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH YOU!!!???

You better sort this out TODAY still, I have not been listed on ITC for NOTHING! I will sue the living day lights out of you if this is not sorted TODAY!!!
