Unethical business practise

You are unethical in your business practises. I have 3 accounts with you for over 18 months and purchase BIS for R57 monthly. We than figured out that you can purchase this "recurring" and that it will be done automatically. No warning messages etc. to me as to how the cost will be charged. This was done on 1 January 2013. I signed a contract for R200pm. I see a debit order go through for R314.00 in February. Why? I agreed to R200 and then you have the nerve in February to only down load R175 airtime instead of R235.00. This is daylight and I am requesting you to refund me this amount or I will go to the Ombudsman. Further, your Call Centre refuses to log a call and I had to use abusive language to get it logged - ref# 30223301239. Lastly, I went into your Trade Route Mall branch to cancel it. You removed the BIS immediately, yet you build me for the full month. Are you reimbursing for the difference. Unacceptable and two of my accounts are coming up for renewal.
