I activated BIS on the 4th September last year. I was advised that CellS does not have the licence for an international mobile that I had. I was advised to change the service provider or the phone. I decided to change the phone. I cancelled BIS and I was refunded R57. January money was deducted from my account so as in February. I called the centre and spoke to many people, at last one supervisor called and he said call retrieval will have to be done. I agreed, till today he has never called me or updated me of any progress pertaining this query. I have been calling from February.
