I would like to just say that I have never had a bad experience while calling either 140 customer care or 0841555555 blackberry support. As an employee of a competitor cellphone network I deal with call centers on a daily basis. The staff at cell c call centers are always friendly and helpful, and if they cannot help they direct you to someone who can. I know most people use this site to complain but I just want to take this opportunity to say thank you and keep up the good work.
