I still have not received my phone

I have been waiting for a while now for my phone to be delivered, only to find out that it has not even been given a tracking number. I am appalled by this, I currently have no cell phone and now i have to wait.

The thing that gets me the most is that selling me the contract was no issue but now that they need to come to the party it is a whole different story.

8ta i need my phone, what happens if im in an accident and cannot call anyone to come help me.

Please contact me as this service is unacceptable.
