Just before Christmas, our internet, at the office, went down. When I returned to work, I immediately reported it. Our internet line provides internet for 4 admin offices, 20 teachers & one bookshop. Many of us have yearend payments & yearend financials to complete- the normal chaotic January. Doing all that with no internet is a recipe for disaster! It has now been nine days since the initial report- I have called twice since, received an 'escalation' reference, have been told 'it has been fixed' yet noone has been onsite & we, very obviously, still have no internet!! So frustrating! Please can someone help us???
