This is NOT the first time that I am complaining about Telkom. Since my last complaint 2mths ago and numerous letters and phone calls and empty promises, Telkom has STILL not come out and fixed our congestion. My 4Mbps Line drops to 56kbps during afternoons and evenings. Even using Telkom's guest account and testing on SAIX speedtest. Up to now they absolutely refuse to give a time frame as to when the problem will be resolved, which I find unacceptable as I know they are busy rolling out DSLAM's.
