I recently bought a data bundle with sim from Mweb, the person helping me (Lorenzo Theunis) was probably the most professional, helpful and friendly person I have ever been assisted by. He answered all my questions promptly and clearly and didn't try sell me other more expensive bundles I wasn't interested in. I received my package in just a few days and I realized that I mistakenly ticked the wrong box on the application form where you can choose either a nano sim or normal sim so I dropped him a mail and told him about it and he called me back the same day sorting it out within two minutes. Now they are sending me another sim with no questions asked. I really wish more companies could provide such a high quality of service as Lorenzo Theunis at Mweb did.
