Vodacom ignores notice to limit company phone limi

Vodacom were emailed that our agents phones should not continue once the talk 350 has been used up. Despite my written instruction they continued to allow usage resulting in a bill of over R6000.

When we emailed to query this we were told that we must phone them.

I thought Cell C was bad!!! but this goes beyond even that.
