I reported a problem to cybersmart whereby my weekend downloads are suppose to be free as per the package option that was chosen. I reported this problem in December and was reimbursed with 32gigs. however this problem was not sorted out and the problem continued in January, I called in again to say that this problem was not sorted out, Ricardo assisted me and escalated this to one Jan Malatsi, who contacted me via email to say that the problem is sorted out. However upon requesting that i be reimbursed with all the data that was used when it supposed to be free there was no response. Numerous requests via email and telephone calls have not been returned. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!
