Humiliation over a simswop service

On the 15/01/2013 I went to MTN Menlyn in Pretoria requesting to make a sim-swop after I had a smash and grab incident. I explained to the MTN manager that that I lost my phone, id book, driver's licence & other things during smash and grab incident. The Manager refused to assist me, she insisted that she cannot help without an ID even though I had an affidavit and a case No. I explained to her that I have two contracts with MTN in which one of them is due for upgrade and still believe that she could assist me even though I had no ID. I showed her the copy of my MTN contract and the ID copy, and requested her to ask me some security check questions. She nodded her head and turned back to her office. I stood there for some time and whimpered in defeat. She came out and reported me to the security with allegations, immediately the security came and dragged me out of MTN, my back and head was flat on the floor and got hurt in the process. People round the mall watched the scene and asking questions about the humiliation, the MTN manager told them that I was committing at MTN.
