I had a contract that expired on the 9th of February 2013. Gave in my cancelation already the month previous as was needed just to found nothing was done!! Now I must pay an extra month just because we as users are with no rights. The hardest to swallow was the fact that the form I signed was not even sended to the head office. Only a form filled in by the branch showing the wrong date to cover up the mishap. My question is why does we have to suffer to incompetend work force? My only conclusion is don't use this server provider!
