I have on a number of occasion's called MTN and requested that they STOP sending me their promotional SMS'S. I've called 10 times and STILL I receive their pathetic promo SMS'S. Despite the fact that I've NEVER indicated that I want to receive the soccer score's or be sent any of their promotions, I am constantly receiving their unless and annoying SMS's.
What do I need to do to STOP these Incessant irritations. I am at the stage that cancelling my number and changing my service provider as that would be less of an irritation.
