POOR SERVICE!! INCOMPITENT STAFF! 3 MNTH!!!

I had a contract with MTN, after 2 yrs I decided not to upgrade so I cancelled, that was in Dec The person who helped me didn't bother to inform me that she'll cancel the number as well. Since that was my number for life even before I took the contract I was using that number I assumed that they'll just cancel the contract and move my number back to prepaid. When I went to the store I was told that my number has been cancelled, I was surprised and disappointed, and then requested my number back. I was asked to sign a migration form, so I did. Weeks passed by and I didn't have my number back, I will call every day to check the status and every time I'll get a different person and they'll all say the same thing that they will send an email to the activation department.

At some point I asked for a direct line to the activation department so I can contact them directly but they refused to give me the number. To cut the story short, it's been 3 months now and still I don't have my number back. Such an inconvenience especially in my business, can't even do my internet banking have to visit a bank all the time. I'm so frustrated and I want to move to Vodacom. More than 10 yrs with them
