Who do I need to speak to at telkom to get my exchange upgraded??? I have been trying for a year now and all i get told is there is nothing we can do, yet i pay close to R800 a month for my ADSL, ISP and landline package to have a service which barely works half the time.. If you are going to offer the service you need to keep your technology up to date. this is why i hate monopolies. Already logged a complaint with ICASA, desperation!
