Hi guys. Just a question, your network coverage has been amazing up to 4 days ago. Now it's bad, this is the reason I took my account to you from Vodacom. I just want an explanation as to why suddenly I have almost no data signal in midrand, both on the 3G card and my iPhone 5, and my girlfriends iPad and iPhone 5. Pleae let me know if you are aware of a problem, what it is, if it will be fixed, and how long it will take. I have been happy with your service up to now, please don't turn this into another cellular nightmare for me... I look forward to hearing from you!!
