My number has been cancelled by 8ta without my consent and after more than 10 calls to the call centre I still have to wait 72 more "working hours without a number". While their consultants have working lines all my contacts/ family/ friends/ managers will be told that my number does not exist for the whole weekend and knows for how much longer.
I just wanted to remind 8ta that should I incur any additional costs due to this. I will hold 8ta liable and help you should I have an emergency over the weekend and no have the means to make a call that could save my life or that of my loved ones!!!
Thanks for nothing and for reminding me why I should have stayed with cell C!!
