I logged a call on 8 February re: my data bundle being taken a away. I was informed that someone will call me to let me know why and when it will be restored. No response as expected, and I logged a 2nd call on Wednesday 13th February and was told some would definitely contact me by Friday. On both occasions given a reference number, which doesn't appear to mean much as the person responding to the 2nd call couldn't find the reference number of the 1st call, but still no response from them and no data bundle back.
