I'M BEING BILLED DOUBLE!

I've phoned the accounts department - the pathetic staff can't seem to help rectify the problem:

My account states the following:

TI DO Uncapped Basic TIN2132434 May 13 R 174.56
TI DO Uncapped Basic TIN2132434 Jun 13 R 174.56
TI DO Uncapped Basic TIN2132606 May 13 R 174.56
TI DO Uncapped Basic TIN2132606 Jun 13 R 174.56

I'm billed double in both May & June 2013 - RECTIFY THIS IMMEDIATELY!!!
