Being charged for different service

I applied for an uncapped 2 Mbps adsl line. I am being billed for a Weekender plan R170.18 and Do uncapped Basic R174 even though I was on basic for one day due to you failing to allocate the correct plan to me. This is not the amount stipulated by your call centre or by the staff member at Telkom Alberton City. You are charging me R1118 for a service which should not cost more than R700 as per your consultant. can you please rectify this account. 0118654911
