MWEB call center take /- 30 minutes to answer and one has to listen to endless irritating messages
International Internet service down hours at a time and is effecting my business
This is not the first time and happens regularly every few months
Their excuse is always that it is the SEACOM cable
MWEB is supposed to limit down time and reroute through alternate sea cables such as new WAX or SAIX, but this is clearly not happening
This is seriously effecting my business, I think it is time to find a more reliable ISP with a better service
