In August 2012 I migrated my adsl telkom line to mweb on the strength from the Eastgate branch mweb that they would have more clout to deal with telkom when I have a problem (Since its common knowledge that telkom provide terrible service. mweb requested the wrong line to be migrated and as a result they were charging me as was telkom. when i pointed this out I suddenly had no internet for about 2 weeks till the when it was resolved my internet was at snails pace. Only when i employed an independent computer technician to my premises to investigate it was established that even though I signed and paid for a 1 mg speed line mweb was only providing me with 384 speed. This is pure and simple. on querying mweb and getting in touch with Michelle Jacobs, Ryan van Schoor who are supposed to be technical specialists and management, I have yet to receive satisfactory service in resolving the pathetic intermittent line that has been for months now. The problem is that these big companies have customers by the short and curlies and they dont care. They also dont see the possiblility that this could be Telkoms ploy to get customer back who migrate. TOTALLY FRUSTRATED!!!
